Classifications
The sample view of the practice software uses the three-character codes of the ICD-10-GM 2026 in the machine-readable version of the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), published on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). The titles are shown in the official German version.
The ICD-10-GM is based on the complete official version of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, Tenth Revision, © World Health Organization (WHO) 1992, and on the Australian ICD-10-AM, First Edition, © Commonwealth of Australia 1998. The translation rights for the German edition were granted to the BfArM, which is solely responsible for the translation.
